Ability to make the “INTERVIEW” happen for you. If you are motivated to go to work right away, our job developers will help to make that happen

 

EMS Job Developers are out in the field meeting employers “FACE to FACE”, not just sitting behind a computer handing out job leads that hundreds of other job seekers are receiving

 

Interview Readiness: everyone gets nervous in an interview, your EMS Job Developer will work with you every step of the way:  Job Club, Mock Interviews, even advocating for and with you during the interview if needed

Support on the job, if you need training to help you keep your job: OJT or Job Coaching when necessary will be offered to you and the employer of your choice.

 

Retention Services, once you are hired on the job, EMS will be there helping you along the way for 90 days so you will be successful in KEEPING YOUR JOB!
